Organization & Rules of the Club
- Game schedule is posted on the schedule portion of this site.
- You will need to make a reservation for a scheduled game at least one day in advance of the game.
- Reservations should be made by email (kievgameclub@gmail.com) or by phone +38-096-323-2824. All reservations by email will be confirmed by email or by return phone call.
- When making reservation by email or by phone is will be required for you to give your ticket/reservation number. You will need to bring the ticket with you to the day of the game.
- Reservations/Tickets that are not used when a confirmed reservation is scheduled will be put on a void list and will not be able to be reused for a later date.
- Each Game will last for two hours.
- Games ending early will have the option to play again if time allows.
- Each Game will have a native English Language facilitator/teacher that will start the game by explaining the rules and going over specific English language vocabulary in the game.
- Each game participant will be provided with a game vocabulary sheet to take home from the game in order to reinforce and remember the specific vocabulary for the game.
- It will be possible if space allows and game is available, for participants to agree to an additional block of two hours. In such case the additional two hours will be without the English language facilitator but another game club ticket must be purchased.
